God sent an angel down to earth
A woman there was dying.
She lived her life for God
Of this there was no denying.
God told the angel "Bring her home
So she can be with Me".
"Here in Heaven she will live
Throughout eternity".
Then God told other angels
"You must go there too".
"Her family loved her very much
And they have a need for you".
Their hearts are filled with sorrow
Their eyes are filled with tears.
So help them to find comfort
In knowing she is here.
"Show them the decision
To take her was mine".
"Let them know I love them too
And they'll join her here in time". |
