Opposites

They were as different as day and night,
When they first met.
You know the saying, "Opposites attract"?
On this you can safely bet.

It began that day when they became friends,
Discovering the differences that lay within.
Personalities, emotions, goals and features,
Made them two very different creatures.

She the outgoing, vivacious one,
He being shy, never showing his fun.
She wants eye contact, conversation and such,
He wants quiet -- not saying much.

She needs affection always to show.
A public display just makes her glow!
But he is uncomfortable in the public view,
And would rather keep this just between the two.

Two shiny heads, one with dark hair, one light,
Just seeing them together is quite a sight.
Their eyes were awesome -- his brown -- hers blue,
What a great pair was there in these two.

Their smiles radiate at maximum peak,
Each time they look, They touch, they speak.
Their world always seems just right,
Whenever they are in each other's sight.

Just what does the future hold,
For one so shy and one so bold.
Only time will tell what will be done,
Maybe someday these two will become one.

Their lives and love is in God's hands,
And must bow to His master plan.
A special prayer for the both of them,
Allow God to guide you, just listen to Him.
